It’s okay to change your mind.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your Neroli Anonyme purchases, we’ll gladly exchange or refund (in original tender) regular-price, new merchandise within 14 days of the shipping date. We will be glad to credit you in the same form of payment with which your purchase was made. Returns are not permitted after the allowable return period.
Sales and discounted items can only be exchanged or returned for merchandise credit within 14 days of the shipping date.
All original tags must be attached and accompanied by a a valid receipt. All clearance items, undergarments, swimwear, hosiery, and jewellery are final sale.
Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash unless required under applicable law. All returned items that were purchased using a gift card will be refunded as merchandise credit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
